Step 1
Register on our platform and enter your company details. We’ll then get in touch with you to start the recruitment process.
Step 2
We will guide you on how to create a high-quality internship and take care of finding students according to your requirements.
Step 3
We provide you with the pre-selected candidates via our online platform for your perusal. You decide which student to accept.
Step 4
Benefit from the interns’ skills and intercultural experience. We support you in the visa process and arrange to onboard the intern.

Duration of the internship
Depending on your project, you may want interns for a short period (minimum 6 weeks) or for up to a year. You may even want to offer a job at the end of it. Whatever you need, we can help you find it.
Paying your intern
All IAESTE employers pay their interns a cost of living allowance which must cover, as a minimum, the intern's accommodation, food, and local travel costs.
